Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Anytonez mobile application and associated services (the “App”) provided by Anytonez, a company registered in the United Kingdom (hereinafter referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”)

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations..

1.  Use of the App

  • The App provides users with access to a library of ringtones, sound effects, and related audio content which can be purchased, downloaded, and used on mobile devices

  • You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non- transferable licence to use the App for non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

2.  User Registration and Accounts

  • You will need to create an account to access certain features of the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activities that occur under your account

  • You agree to provide accurate and complete registration information and to keep this information updated.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if we suspect any violation of these Terms or other inappropriate activity

3.  Purchases, Subscriptions, and Auto-Renewals

  • The App may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or premium content (collectively “Paid Content”). By making a purchase or subscribing, you agree to pay the specified fees and any applicable taxes.

  • Purchases are processed through app stores (such as Apple App Store or Google Play Store), and the terms of the respective store will apply to your purchase.

  • Refunds: All purchases of Paid Content are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you encounter issues with purchases, you should contact the relevant app store for assistance.

4.  Ringtone and Audio Content Usage

  • The ringtones and audio content available in the App (the “Content”) are licensed, not sold, to you for personal use on your mobile device. You may not resell, distribute, or use the Content for any commercial purposes.

  • You may use the Content only in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. Any breach of these conditions may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5.  Intellectual Property

  • All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, in the App and its Content belong to Anytonez or its licensors.

  • Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you are not permitted to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Content without prior written consent from Anytonez.

6.  Data and Privacy

  • Our collection and use of your personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you agree to our use of your data in accordance with this policy.

  • Data Privacy Compliance: We adhere to UK GDPR regulations regarding the collection, processing, and storage of personal data. By using the App, you consent to the processing of your data in line with these legal standards. You have the right to request access, deletion, or correction of your personal data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

  • We take reasonable measures to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee the complete security of any information transmitted through the App.

7.  Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorised purposes.

  • Use the App to harm or harass others, including uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the App or its systems, or bypass any security measures.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App or any portion of it. 8. Limitation of Liability

  • The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anytonez disclaims any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

  • We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for any damages resulting from the use of the App.

  • Anytonez will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

9.  Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and holdAnytonez, its affiliates, and employees harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

  • Anytonez reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, for any breach of these Terms or if we believe it is necessary to protect the interests of the company or other users.

  • Upon termination, your licence to use the App and Content will immediately cease, and you must delete any downloaded Content from your devices.​

11. Changes to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated version within the App. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the App after changes are made will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

12.  Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms and any disputes related to your use of the App are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

  • Alternative Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to first contact us directly at admin@anytonez.com to resolve the issue amicably. If the matter cannot be resolved through informal discussions, both parties may consider mediation before pursuing formal legal action.
